Make skincare the bridge from tools of health to wellness-driven beauty.

How it works
Developed a range of conceptual approaches that helped L'Oreal be seen as a category leader by creating a unique shopping experience based on regimen education, decision making on true personal needs, and being in the know of what's new or trending. This helped to unify the experience with the true in-store beauty destination, Look Boutique. Developed mobile functionality to create a seamless experience with Pre, During and Post-Shop phases to give the ability to engage on their own terms.
